January 20, 2019
DATE: Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 7:00 pm
LOCATION: First Church, 10100 N. Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055
AGENDA: Financial Reports; open floor discussion
This is a great opportunity to have meaningful discussions with your board members and neighbors.
Last year was our first year with our own HOA board. We have a good list of items achieved, but you can make a difference. We get a lot of good feedback on social media, why not do this in person?
Bring a neighbor and let's work together!

Our 2019 HOA dues should be billed out at end of February, so the end of March should see all association dues paid. This was intended to help everyone and have some recovery time from the holidays. If you received a notice to pay you would be quite welcome to go ahead and do so but we have until March.

Hello. As many of you know, Lake Valley neighborhood construction was recently completed. As the new HOA board members, we would like to introduce ourselves: Britt Crawford, Renee Crawford, Matthew Dempsey, Marshall Glover, Jennifer Rice, Russell Rice, and John Sellers. We'd also like to introduce you to our HOA Management company - HOA Solutions.  As you are aware, all of the board members are volunteers and serve in this capacity in addition to our regular jobs.  Due to the size of our neighborhood, we were advised and concur that it is necessary to have a professional, bonded company handle our HOA dues billing and collections, as well as helping us to keep up with all of the vendors and potential problem issues that a neighborhood this large requires.  HOA Solutions will provide monthly financials to the board and approval for all expenditures outside the ordinary utility and regular reoccurring monthly expenses.  Please feel free to reach out to Kristal Mitchell at requests@hoasolutionsok.com if you have any further questions.  Her contact information can be found at the right hand side of this page. We look forward to working with everyone and having a great year!

Special Notices
Trash carts are to be stowed beside your house. They do not belong in front of your house on the driveway. They are to be kept from public view. Please make sure your trash cart is not left out on the street.
Check out the language from our covenant:
WASTE: No Lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish, trash, garbage or other wastes. All waste shall be kept in sanitary containers and all equipment for storage or disposal of such material and all Lots shall be kept in a clean, neat and orderly manner which shall be kept on such Lot and stored from public view, until such day as may be designated for collection of such containers or material. All Lots and all easements thereon shall be kept clean, neat and mowed to the street by the Owner of said Lot. All residential waste containers must be removed from the curbside and screened from roadway view within twelve (12) hours after refuse collection vehicles empty the containers.
Thank you.
If you missed the pool card pick up dates please email me your address at requests@hoasolutionsok.com.  Please do not call and leave a message about getting a pool card.  There were hundreds of you that did not come to the pick up days and are calling about this.    The only way I can track the requests is via email.  The only way to receive a pool card now is via mail.  There is a $5 fee to cover the cost of a bubble wrap envelope and the postage.
POOL CARDS - FINAL CHANCE - MAY 22, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
We will set up at the Pool/Playground on N 147th E Ave and E 109th St for the FINAL opportunity to get your pool card on TUESDAY May 22 at 7:00pm-8:30pm.  Please remember to bring identification. If you miss this one - your card will have to be mailed to you for a fee and will not get to you before Memorial Day.
HOA SOLUTIONS will be at the pool to pass out the new pool cards.  You must be a member in good standing with no delinquent HOA Dues or current violations of the HOA Covenants  to receive a card.  Homeowners (adults only) will receive one card per address and must bring identification with you to pick up the card.
