Neighborhood News
Lake Valley HOA Swimming Pools are Scheduled to open May 16, 2020.  Please be advised of the following rules:
Non-payment of homeowner’s association dues will result in the loss of pool privileges until the dues are paid. Any violation of homeowner’s covenants may also result in the loss of pool privileges until the violation is resolved.
Please log any questions on the Lake Valley HOA Portal: https://pmigc.cincwebaxis.com/
The following information was given to us from the Tulsa County Health Department.  Please note that all access and social-distancing practices are on the “honor” system, and the Health Department is squarely placing the enforcement of these practices on each individual.  The police and other law enforcement agencies may also enforce these new aspects of social gatherings.
Additional information on water and COVID-19:
·       Recommend reducing capacity to 50% and ensuring chairs and seating maintain 6 ft. physical distancing. If it appears that the pool is above 50% capacity, the Health Department and the HOA are asking you to wait until someone leaves before entering into the pool area.
·       Limit capacity of restrooms to maintain 6 ft. physical distancing.
·       Increased cleaning of frequently touched surfaces (tables, restrooms, doors, chair seats and backs, arm rests, etc.) in accordance with the CDC recommendations. The HOA has increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing the pool furniture and other areas.  The Health Department and the HOA are asking owners to bring cleaning supplies with you so that you may sanitize the furniture before and after your personal use.
·       PLEASE refrain from visiting the establishment if you feel sick, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or are exhibiting symptoms.
Due to the COVID-19 virus threat, the Annual Meeting of the Membership has been POSTPONED.  You will receive a notice of the new date and time in the mail, once the emergency has subsided.  Please take precautions and remain safe during this time of uncertainty.
