Lawn Care
Now that the weather has gotten warmer and the grass (and weeds) are starting to grow at a rapid rate, be sure to mow and edge your yard at regular intervals to keep the appearance of Lake Valley welcoming.
We recommend mowing every weekend to avoid over growth, which can lead to pest and rodents.
If you see a neighbor that hasn't mowed, give a helping hand and ask if they have any special needs that would prevent them from keeping up their yard.
Remember, this is your community; it takes everyone participating to make it great!
Parking
Be sure to use your garage and driveway for daily parking, as parking in the street causes traffic concerns and could lead to a fender bender due to tight driving conditions from the vehicles being parked on the roadway.
Dogs
Please be sure that if your dogs are outside they do not bark excessively, as this is a nuisance to the neighborhood and animal control may be called. Thank you for your corporation.

Why Scoop The Poop?
Besides being a nuisance, uncollected dog waste is a serious problem for our association. Next time you’re tempted to leave your dogs droppings on the lawn, please remember these facts: The appearance and quality of the common areas are known to affect home sales not just whether and for how much they sell, but how quickly. The more residents complain about dog waste, the more time the manager must spend on enforcement rather than serving the association. Uncollected dog waste spreads disease and attracts rodents who feed on pet waste.
